Our Crémant comes from different plots of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, located on different hillsides of our property. In the vineyard, there is a total natural grassing. A Guyot double poussard pruning is made, leaving 5 buds per branch.
Harvesting is done exclusively by hand.
Its fine and persistent bubble will associate with all your festive moments.
We are also proud to be one of the pioneers of Crémant in Alsace, since 1974.
Our Crémant is permanently a vintage. You have the chance to taste 2013.
This one was somewhat agonizing in Alsace. Indeed, spring was very difficult to manage with a lot of rain and cool temperatures until June. These conditions caused delay in flowering. The summer was good and radiant.
First, a traditional white wine is produced, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle.
The distinctiveness of our Crémant lies in the fact that our bottles rest on slats during 36 months before disgorging. The wine can then rest 3 to 6 months before selling to offer you the best of our know-how.
Clear color. Fine and delicate nose. Fills a beautiful structure, the bubble is fine, beautiful length.
A servir entre 8 et 10°C.
