For this wine we have a yield of 50 hectoliters per hectare.
This cuvee is the perfect match between sugar, alcohol and acidity.
Mellow and delicate wine, it’s all in finesse with an incredible length in mouth. Beautiful freshness at the end of the mouth, which gives it all its complexity.

The Alsatian vineyard came close to apoplexy in early August because of a considerable lack water. But thanks to the exceptional health status the harvest 2015 will remain in the memories.
The grapes were pressed with a pneumatic membrane press and then fermented at low temperature at 18-20 ° Celsius. After fermentation, the wine was raised on lees for 3 months. Bottled in April 2016.
