Our vines are located near our property and are on average 30 years.
The soil is clay-limestone, the wines develops the mineral tones of the terroir. With a total grass cover, a "double guyot" pruning with strict disbudding, we voluntarily reduce yields for better grapes that are harvested by hand.
An astonishing wine because of its aromatic complexity. Pleasant and flattering, it made for dry white wines lovers.
The Alsatian vineyard came close to apoplexy in early August because of a considerable lack water. But thanks to the storms of August and the exceptional sanitary condition, 2015 vintage will remain in the memories.
The grapes were pressed with a pneumatic membrane press and then fermentation was carried out at a low temperature at 18-20 ° Celsius. After fermentation, the wine was raised on lees for 3 months. Bottled in April 2016.
Clear color. Fresh and delicate nose. In the mouth we have a rich wine, pleasant with an attack on citrus fruit followed by a nice acidity which gives it a nice length.
To be served between 10 and 12 ° C.

A perfect wine as an aperitif. It will enchant the most demanding palates with seafood, fish or white meat. It is a delight on raw fish.
