Crémant Blanc our house comes from Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay and Pinot Noir only for Crémant Rosé.
These grapes are picked at dawn each vintage to get wines with the best balance. After bottling (which is usually done in February) and secondary fermentation, this wine will remain minimum 32 months on slats for a fine and incomparable bubbles.
